| Investigative Support for the
'Common' Person; the concept of the PRIVATE Investigator.
Our individual clients are our most valued asset. People knock on the agency door because they are in trouble, about to be in trouble or have some kind of unresolved question in their lives. The majority of new clients have preconceived notions about Private Investigators, generally fueled by the media. For the most part, except when it rains, we do not skulk around in rumpled rain coats. We try not to skulk in any case. I'm still looking for a black bird to adorn an office book case. Ditzy blonde secretaries have been replaced by digital voice mail enabled cell phones.
I try to make that first call by a potential client as informative and comfortable as possible. The Anderson Detective Agency does not charge a fee for consultation calls or initial meetings. Office philosophy addresses the stressful environment of people under duress; why add to it with concern about fees before a potential client has a clear idea of what, if anything, can be resolved by hiring an investigator?
If you feel unsure about making that first call or clicking on the email buttons provided within this web site, consider some of the following reasons past clients have contacted
this office . . .
"My attorney told me I should hire an investigator to help out on my (pick one)
Criminal, Divorce, Custody, Personal Injury case"
"My dad's been dating this lady for six months, and she won't be more forthcoming about her past with us. Am I too close to the forest to see the trees, or what's going on here?"
"I think my (husband) (wife) (girlfriend) (boyfriend) is up to something. What can I do?"
"My daughter went away to college and got involved in this group. She won't communicate with us and I'm afraid something's up. Can you help?"
"Our high school age son's drifting away from us; hanging out with a new group of friends. Can I do anything to find out what he's up to without being an overbearing parent?"
There is no "right" or "wrong" reason to consult with us. The mere fact that you are considering a resolution to a concern or problem justifies a quick confidential note.
